- DDDelyne4 days ago5.0I am giving this location a 5 star only because of Matt. We were new to Texas and used UPS for mailbox and other needs while processing to purchase a house at The Walden. Matt has been very respectful and friendly to both my spouse and I. My spouse loves to talk and Matt is kind enough to accommodate him. He made us feel "welcome" when we didn't know anyone. Fast forward to a year and a half, I would still look for Matt. One of the new girls is somewhat abrupt, which resulted to an error I returned to Amazon. I came back and asked for Matt who helped me sort it out. The line here is not bad. It moves quickly. I suggest avoiding 3pm to 5pm. They also had a "facelift" (mailbox is now located in the front of the store vs. in the back).

It lacking in customer service, especially since it started encountering Gabriella. Since day one she has been rude and made everything hard. I have not had 1 pleasant experience with her. I have been going to the UPS store weekly for over a year and will often drive farther to avoid this store. All I do is drop off packages and that still seems to be difficult, especially with the person mentioned above. I wouldn't dare try to try one of their other services. I will drive to Conroe or farther for anything else.
