I read the instructions that were printed on the same page as the QR code that he needed to scan stating I can bring the items unpackaged. As it was an Amazon return. He also made a rude comment "I am glad you know how to follow instructions". Very unsatisfactory.

I told him I had several Amazon returns. He showed me to the new kiosk and told me I could use the kiosk. I told him I am a, disabled , a Vet in my mid seventy’s with dexterity problems and asked him if he could process the returns. He was insulting , not customer focused and told me that I could process the returns as fast as he could. Very rude , insulting and no people skills whatsoever. Stay away from this location
