- NTnicolas thompsonNov 13, 20241.0If I could give less stars i would. I have been diagnosed with cancer and in the hospital for months. During witch primo sent me to collections. I didn't receive any email warning that I was past due . But I sure did get one saying I am in collections. I admit I owe them but with everything going on the water at my shop was the last thing g on my mind.. I called and they said there was nothing I can they can do for me. I am.willing to give them there equipment back and pay for what I owe but I am done with them and wouldn't ever deal with them again
