What’s the point of this door when you arrive during the “open times” ring and knock and still get no service??!?!

A very strange place, very strange staff. Today, when I mailed something, I selected the "electronic receipt" on the verified mail paper, but the staff didn't add it. I asked why, and they said it was because I didn't select it. Even if I had, I should have told them. I find it very strange. Shouldn't the staff check the form after receiving it and see what services the customer has selected? If the options on the form are useless, the staffs don’t even check it. Why even need the form?

The customer service here is really bad … comments and remarks are being made when someone has to drop off a return for a store… I mean if the store or website I’m buying from would have another way to return I would preferred that over visiting the post office.
