This location is consistently busy, and it's easy to see why—they truly treat your packages with the utmost care, as if they were their own. I've been a loyal customer for years, and every visit feels like coming home. The staff has always treated me like family, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Their dedication and attention to detail make a world of difference. I highly recommend this location! If you want a team that genuinely cares about you and your packages, look no further. Only one was assisting customers with packaging and returns; the line was at least 12 people out the door and down the sidewalk. One employee was helping with notary, but the rest were just walking around, trying not to help and avoiding eye contact with all of the customers waiting in line. Not once did they Acknowledge the many customers waiting or show any sense of urgency. After I completed my return, I asked if I could throw away the paper packaging that I brought To the store and they told me that they do not have a trashcan in the store!!! Wow, that’s quite unbelievable for a packaging/mailing service company. Do yourself a favor and go to the store in Riverstone. It is so much better. The people are so nice. They are quickly offering Amazon returns and quick returns even when the line is long and there is a wait and they acknowledge you and have great customer service. Sienna location - do better!!!
