    Madisonne was so nice! She helped me with my package that I’d been struggling with and explained everything to me so politely. I enjoy seeing her at this location when I do come because she is so friendly!

    I visited this location for notary services and experienced treatment that appeared discriminatory and inconsistent. I waited for 15 minutes while the employee was assisting two women who had a large stack of documents to sign before notarization. During that time, a man who appeared to be of the same background as the employee came in with a package. She immediately stopped what she was doing to assist him, provided excellent customer service, and completed his transaction without making him wait. When I asked about my two documents—which would have taken far less time than the large stack she was working through—she told me she was “busy with them.” She then took the two women to the back for what appeared to be preferential, red-carpet treatment, instead of processing my simple notary request. If she was able to pause her work to help the gentleman, it is unclear why I was not offered the same courtesy, especially since my task required significantly less time. No one informed me in advance that I would be required to wait while multiple lengthy transactions were completed. While I am not making assumptions, the only noticeable difference was that I am Black and the individuals who received immediate and elevated service looked like her. The unequal treatment felt discriminatory and left me no choice but to leave and visit another location.

    ⭐ One star — and that’s generous. Everyone else at this UPS store was polite and helpful, but unfortunately the manager (Indian older woman) completely ruined the experience. She appeared unhappy, dismissive, and unwilling to communicate with customers respectfully. A very simple printing request turned into an unnecessary scene. Instead of calmly helping or clarifying the request, she raised her voice at both me and the employee, insisting the issue was that I didn’t know how to “explain things” therefore they had printed 30 pages instead of a few. She also spoke in another language to the employee while visibly upset, which felt unprofessional and intentionally exclusionary. I was then told to take 30 pages of misprinted material because she failed to listen to my original request. I didn’t take the printed copies and left to find a solution instead of keep wasting my time with this woman’s hysterical reaction for a simple request. The entire interaction felt aggressive and uncomfortable, especially from someone who is supposed to manage the store and support both customers and staff. To put this into perspective, I went to another UPS location immediately after and my exact same request was completed correctly in under two minutes. It’s disappointing how one person’s attitude can overshadow an otherwise pleasant team. Because of this manager’s behavior, I will not return to this location.

    I can't say enough good things about the UPS store located on Highway Six! The entire team is incredibly respectful, kind, and hardworking. This location is consistently busy, and it's easy to see why—they truly treat your packages with the utmost care, as if they were their own. I've been a loyal customer for years, and every visit feels like coming home. The staff has always treated me like family, going above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Their dedication and attention to detail make a world of difference. I highly recommend this location! If you want a team that genuinely cares about you and your packages, look no further. Thank you for everything you do!
