Along with packages the mail box is also left open when my mail is delivered. It is mostly windy and I have found mail two houses down on other people's yards. The regular mail carrier tore the box lid off my old mailboxand ran over it because he doesn't close it then left a note my mail couldn't be delivered until I fixed it or replaced it. All his route you can see all mailboxes are left open. I've complained before but nothing has changed.

He responded very aggressively & he wouldn't even let me finish my question. When I asked about the labels on the box not laying flat he cut me off & shouted, "I'm not finished!" He simply kept talking over me & shouting, he didn't even let me get a word in. The shouting & condescending attitude was enough for me to not return, but alas it's the only Post Office in town, how I dread this place 😔 * Idk his name it's the only man I saw there (Moreno, black hair, with facial hair, spoke very loud)
