I’m not sure of certain postal language that is used but she didn’t event try to help me or answer questions. Just stated “we can’t do that return. Customer service is so important when working for a business and maintaining the integrity of the business name. I would drive further just to not deal with her attitude and mannerisms. Let’s do better with speaking and treating people nicely.
