I was returning a Garmin device and for $4.32, they gave me a box, wrapped the device, and printed off the address/receipt for the return to sender. I was in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes. BOOM!! Thank you for the great experience!

As closing time approached, I never got an email so I returned to pick them up. I was told they couldn’t complete the order due to “too many orders” and that no one even started them that day. No notification, no apology, no explanation. This was extremely disappointing. I expected reliable same‑day service and clear communication, especially after being given that assurance by management. Instead, I was left without the cards I needed for a same‑day event and no clarity on what went wrong. Poor communication and unmet expectations. Not something I’d rely on again for print jobs.
