Second time a package was delivered and it's nowhere to be found. Also had a package sent back to sender because y'all said it was undeliverable, rescheduled delivery and waited. It was over a week so went to pick it up. Post office lobby entirely closed. Never got my package. Now I have Christmas gifts just gone.

Worst staff. They had us wait in line for 30 mins to collect a package and right as we got to the counter asked as to go to another window. We went to the other window, and they shut it down at 4:50. And asked us to go back to the first window. And when we went back to the first window, they kicked us out saying we can't pick up any packages for there. At it was 10 minutes to spare. There were many that took time off from work that came to pick up packages and waited in line patiently only to be sent out 10 mins before closing. We spent a whole hour of our day because they couldn't care less.

Just closed the office 10 minutes early so people couldn't get their mail. People had been waiting in line for over 30 minutes before this, and several took time off work to get here early. Supervisor was incredibly hostile and rude.

BARBRA was RUDE, UNKIND and Dismissive!!! She was complaining that she was supposed to be on lunch break but had to be helping me, she basically threw the change of address form and didn’t even let me get any words out before she said “ NEXT PERSON IN LINE “ quietly sobbed on the way back to my car, felt so dehumanized.
