  UPS you got to do better..unfortunately this is the 3rd time I had to refund my clients from ebay due to poor shipping and the mishandling my products..in this case it is a small 13in tv..I securely packaged it and made sure it didn't move around of shift during transit..and I am distraught and very disappointed how this can happen multiple times..so from now on..I will have insurance on all my items I send through ups and most likely will turn back to USPS OR FEDEX for any future shipments..embarrassing to say the least with great customers of mine having to deal with incompetence and unprofessionalism with such a highly respectable establishment as this..just lost for words..and I have pictures to prove it if I can put em on here..or send me a email so I can send it..unbelievable

  Empezando que mi paquete es de Amazon el cual utilizo como método de entrega a UPS dejé clara la dirección donde quería que llegara mi paquete era en un CVS pero estos ineptos los llevaron a esta oficina llegó alas 7:01 minuto y no quisieron ayudarme que porquería de atención al cliente nisiquiera puse esta dirección para mis entregas ustedes mismos me obligaron a ir allí no volvería ni porque las entregas me las dieran gratis

  I wouldn’t say I had a bad service but the blonde lady told me that at the UPS store they don’t send money orders, that was the first it has happened to me I always do my business with the store located on Texas ave & never had an issue the crazy part is that, I am shipping to another UPS store where they require a money order to be able to do the Apostille service, she didn’t even try to verify her information she just just saying no no no, very frustrating because it was an emergency

  i had a really great experience at this local UPS Store thanks to the girls! from the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional and ready to help. even though the store was VERY VERY busy they handled everything quickly and efficiently. they moved the line down fast as heck without making anyone feel rushed, and they were patient while answering questions about shipping options and pricing. it was soooo clear they knew exactly what they were doing. exxcellent customer service like that really makes a difference. ill definitely be coming back for more anazon returns lol thanks everyone!
