  I still haven’t been paid for Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Every time I call, I’m told the same excuse that the client hasn’t approved the hours. But when I spoke directly with the client, they showed me proof that everything was already approved days ago. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either. Since I started working with PeopleReady, my pay has been delayed multiple times. And every time I ask for my paystubs or try to get answers, the staff get irritated and act like I’m bothering them. One of the employees, Monica (who is not a manager), has been especially unprofessional. She’s hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation and even laughed during our calls. I’ve already recorded a couple of our conversations and sent them to corporate because the lack of respect and accountability is unacceptable. After I told her I’d be contacting corporate and recording all future calls, my paystubs suddenly appeared within minutes. That says a lot they can fix things when they want to, they just don’t until they’re under pressure. At the end of the day, if it wasn’t for the workers, PeopleReady wouldn’t even have a temp agency running. We’re the reason they have contracts, clients, and business in the first place. So the least they could do is show some respect and make sure I get paid on time. Delaying my pay doesn’t just hurt me , it affects my two kids who depend on me. Corporate needs to step in immediately and take a serious look at how these offices are being run and how employees like Monica are treating the people who keep their company operating.

  Processing was fast, and Monica villa was very helpful and fast tracking every questions we had and was able to get our sign up done fast and easy and was nice as we entered the establishment great customer service and welcoming for sure!! Thanks to her and her team for giving us an opportunity to join their team!

  I recently lost my job and had to adapt and found myself working at a few staffing agencies to support myself and my family. Out of all the people I’ve met along the way Monica from People Ready has never made me feel less than a person or just Another ant in the farm. Every question I have ever had she Has answered and never has she yelled at me or made me feel like a burden like I’ve experienced working for other temp agenciesJust for trying to call for work. This woman genuinely is a blessing To anyone who needs work and not just feel like a dog in the street. I know other people work there I don’t know their names cause they don’t stand out. I hardly ever write reviews, but in case she ever sees this, I want her to know that she definitely keeps that place running, and I cannot be the only one who notices this. Thank you you Monica. May God bless you and your family.
