It's impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. They lie and say it's on their delivery truck and then the packages never get delivered. Then you go to this facility and wait 2-3 hours and turns out it was at the facility the whole time. They try to blame bad addresses but UPS never seems to have any issue delivering to our office. This time they're trying to blame the holidays. They are full of excuses and not solutions.
- GBGunnar BrandenburgNov 12, 20251.0When a box says “contains live fish” and “overnight priority” it should probably get delivered overnight, not just show “out for delivery” two days in a row then never even make an attempt to deliver it and just take it back to the shop. I had to make time to go pick up my package after day 2 of being on a truck and not getting delivered and I lost 127 out of 130. Fish in plastic bags tend to run out of oxygen if they are left in there too long in case y’all didn’t know… I don’t know how many of my packages travel all the way across the country in about 12 hours then they get to this facility and truck hop for the next 3-4 days before a delivery finally gets attempted. I never have this issue when my packages travel through the Fort Stockton facility 🤷🏻♂️
