- GBGunnar BrandenburgNov 12, 20251.0When a box says “contains live fish” and “overnight priority” it should probably get delivered overnight, not just show “out for delivery” two days in a row then never even make an attempt to deliver it and just take it back to the shop. I had to make time to go pick up my package after day 2 of being on a truck and not getting delivered and I lost 127 out of 130. Fish in plastic bags tend to run out of oxygen if they are left in there too long in case y’all didn’t know… I don’t know how many of my packages travel all the way across the country in about 12 hours then they get to this facility and truck hop for the next 3-4 days before a delivery finally gets attempted. I never have this issue when my packages travel through the Fort Stockton facility 🤷🏻♂️

He got out of his truck WITHOUT my package and simply stuck a "will attempt later" note on the OUTSIDE of my fence and drove off. He never even came into my yard, knocked on my door or rang my doorbell. I then called customer support because it was now saying it wouldn't be delivered until Monday since it was a Friday. When speaking to support, I told them how badly I needed my item and that he didn't even try to deliver it. The guy told me he issued a same day redelivery and gave me a FAKE tracking number. Once I realized the tracking number didn't work, I called back and spoke to someone else and was told that he's not even sure why the first guy would say that because I didn't qualify. He then told me I could go pick my package up from the store and that my package WAS there. I asked him 4 times "are you sure it's there at the store right now??" He assured me it was. I drove 30 minutes to the store just to be told I would have to wait over an hour BECAUSE MY PACKAGE WAS NOT AT THE STORE AND WAS STILL ON THE TRUCK. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I've attempted to report the driver but fedex makes it so hard to even file a complaint. I'm extremely frustrated with this entire experience. Lazy lazy lazy and no one cares AT ALL. The guy at the store just said "Yeah we've been hearing that a lot about our drivers" and did nothing else. TRASH. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
