  This store is always SO busy! Come with an expectation of being here longer than 30 mins. No matter the time- I’ve tried early morning early afternoon late evening all having a looping line inside the store. The store representatives do their best but this is just a busy location.

  The store employees are wonderful and super helpful but the store does get backup fairly often and it takes a few minutes to drop something off instead of it being a quick in and out. Overall, pretty decent experience each time I come in.

  I am completely done with UPS. This is the second time they’ve completely screwed up a phone replacement for me. My replacement phone was supposed to be delivered today—same-day delivery—but now it’s being pushed to tomorrow. This is outrageous. The first time, my phone shipped from California and was delayed five times, arriving 5 days late on January 29. I thought maybe it was a one-time mistake—but no, UPS has done it again. Their tracking system is useless garbage, constantly switching from “out for delivery” to “in transit,” leaving me completely in the dark. And customer service? Don’t even get me started. I waited 12 minutes on hold just to talk to someone who clearly does not care, had zero solutions, and treated me like I was the problem. Staff are rude, dismissive, unhelpful, and downright arrogant. You call them for help, and you get apathy, lies, and scripted nonsense. Going to a UPS store or facility is just as bad—rude staff, careless handling of packages, and zero accountability. I needed this phone today, and UPS has caused me stress, wasted my time, and failed to deliver on every single promise. If the package arrives damaged like it has in the past, it will just add insult to injury. UPS, your company is a complete disaster. Your customer service is a nightmare, your staff are rude and unprofessional, your tracking is broken, and your delivery promises are lies. I have zero faith in your ability to do your job, and I will never ever trust UPS again. Avoid this company at all costs.

  Realmente el servicio que me prestaron fue increíble, la persona que me atendió muy bella, a pesar de que yo no hablo muy bien el inglés ella se hizo entender con las instrucciones de mis pedidos a regresar, estoy supremamente encantada la manera que prestan el servicio eficazmente
