  The short Hispanic lady with brown hair I didn't get her name was really nice and her attitude was great I had never did a return before and she helped me through the whole thing very very positive attitude! Thanks

  This UPS store has the self-service counter where you can send packages. This store has never had less than a 15 minute wait and is typically longer. They are not allowing customers to use the self service counter. They are requiring them to stand in line. This defeats the purpose and causes inefficiency in customer satisfaction. There are some very cheerful staff members here, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this store based on the wait time and lack of ability to use self service counter.

  I had an unpleasant experience at this UPS store while returning an item. The employee assisting me, Cassandra, was not speaking clearly, and I genuinely could not hear or understand what she was saying. Instead of repeating herself or clarifying, she became visibly annoyed and developed an attitude. When she asked me to turn my phone around so she could scan the QR code, I did so. She then asked, “What’s the problem?” and I explained that she had an attitude. She responded by saying that I had an attitude, not her, and began laughing. As I was leaving, she laughed again. When I asked for her name, she said “Cassandra” in a very sarcastic and unprofessional manner. Customer service should be respectful and patient, especially when there is a simple misunderstanding. Unfortunately, that was not my experience during this visit. The way she acted was so unrealistic to me. I could not believe the quality of unprofessionalism and customer care there is here. The only one I seen that was very pleasant. Was the Caucasian female in the front.

  This store is the last place I will go. The lines are always super long and the store is not staffed properly for their rush hours or holidays. They only generally have 1 notary even during busy weekend hours or holidays. I have had to wait up to 40 minutes for someone to help me with a notary. When I did ask for one they pointed to the counter and said "wait over there"... not if you don't mind stepping over to the counter I will get my things and meet you over there... ANYTHING customer service related or niceness is not what I have ever been met with at this location. I live in Garland (2 miles) from this location and I chose to leave my UPS Mailbox in Murphy due to the level of service I get out there. (25 min drive). The counter associates always seem to hate the fact they are working. They should be happy to have employment in this economy. NOBODY wants to go to work everyday. I am sure we would all rather have $ just to stay home all the time and go shopping and on vacations without working for it... but that's not reality. I have never been met with a smile from anyone here.
