- MKMooka Kay6 days ago1.0I ordered an item with 2 day shipping that required a signature so I took off on the delivery date to ensure I would be home to get my package. I sat near my front door during the delivery hours to be sure I wouldn’t miss the driver and received a notification that I missed the delivery. The driver didn’t knock or ring my doorbell so I went outside as soon as I got the notification to a slip left on the door. I called the 1-800 number and they connected me to the store where the manager assured me the driver would redeliver by the end of the day or early morning. I had been waiting up all morning and called customer service in the afternoon for an estimate and was told my package was scheduled one of the last of the day never the morning. I have work and have to call off again or pay 25$ to leave it at store. This is a huge inconvenience and I’m losing more money either way simply because drivers are in a rush and likely assume you just aren’t home. It’s even worse the manager I spoke too gave me a new delivery time and still they didn’t adhere to that. Horrible customer service overall I’m limiting my online shopping esp for bigger items because this is ridiculous.

She told me to stand in the line which was fine. I waited in line for about 15 mins and reached the counter. By this time the notary person left home. That is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
