What made it even more disappointing was that the employee I dealt with was the manager. Completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and dismissive. I will avoid this location in the future.

I went to return a package that came in two separate boxes and as soon as I mentioned it the woman rolls her eyes and smacks her teeth, raising her voice and being hostile at the thought of her doing her job. The whole time I’m there she constantly rolls her eyes and clearly expresses how she doesn’t want to do her job. It was an elderly White woman with “blond” hair. It’s very common at this location to just get bad service all around
