This is the second time a package has been delayed and then lost, and they don't even pay the insurance. The strangest thing is that both packages that have been lost were large and contained important and expensive items. This time I'm going to get proper advice, because it's unacceptable that my money is being lost and they're not taking responsibility.

I went to inquire about a packet and a tall gentleman with glasses at the counter told me he did not want to argue with me. What?? I only want tracking information on the package. Now they are providing their rural mail deliverers with old rundown postal vehicles that I see stranded along the road frequently. Just my experience and observations from an old Mercedes resident.
