This is not an isolated incident. Repeatedly reporting inaccurate delivery statuses creates unnecessary delays and raises concerns about service reliability and accountability. If this issue is not corrected, I will escalate and report this matter to higher levels as necessary. I am sharing this publicly in hopes that it leads to prompt corrective action.

This is the second time a package has been delayed and then lost, and they don't even pay the insurance. The strangest thing is that both packages that have been lost were large and contained important and expensive items. I went to inquire about a packet and a tall gentleman with glasses at the counter told me he did not want to argue with me. What?? I only want tracking information on the package. Now they are providing their rural mail deliverers with old rundown postal vehicles that I see stranded along the road frequently. Just my experience and observations from an old Mercedes resident.
