- PYPhyllis YoungOct 8, 20152.0How can a community and the Loving County seat expect to operate on the two hours a day our post office is open. We can't buy stamps except online. To mail packages we have to drive twenty to thirty miles one way. Our county has offered to pay all utilities and the location site is already being provided free. It needs to be open at least three hours a day Monday through Friday. Close it on Saturdays, it may already be closed on Saturdays. The postal employee doesn't have time to do cleaning inside or out. The building and parking lot are looking trashy.
