  I needed a notary plus 2 witnesses and my bank couldn’t provide witnesses and I went to 2 other banks, another UPS store , a lawyer’s office, and a FedEx (which could do it, but virtually?), and then finally I tried this location and they were fantastic! It was super busy when I arrived but they helped me and the other customers quickly and efficiently. I have used this location for shredding and shipping and will definitely use their services again!

  The staff over there was really unprofessional. They just talked with each other and ignored my request. Wasting too much time. Won’t come any more.

  I would rate this service at zero stars if that were an option. I paid for next-day air delivery for a package, which I dropped off two weeks ago. The package has only just arrived at its destination today. It appears that the staff did not verify the shipping requirements and placed it on a standard truck instead. This oversight is particularly concerning given that I paid a premium price to ensure the timely delivery of a very important item across the country.
