The older woman with glasses, specifically, talked down to me, questioned me and was readily seeking the next person in line before addressing my problem. Gave me no help whatsoever. Would highly recommend going to another branch. Management could stand to make some changes in morale.

I recently moved to McKinney and have been to this location to get my mail that is supposed to be on hold while I'm waiting to receive my mailbox key. They do not have my mail. I have waited in line for an hr or more each time. I wouldn't be shocked if they haven't even requested my mail key. There's so much more to what I've been dealing with from this location. It's exhausting and ridiculous. Make sure you have plenty of time to waste when you go here.
