The whole staff has a great attitude! Thanks Brian for helping me with my situation. I love my mail carrier Iv known him for 10 yrs and when I moved and notified the postal service they didn’t received the notice right away, he noticed no one was living in the house and he took the mail back and held it at the postal office for me! Wonderful staff !!! Thank you

I visited this passport office today and was very disappointed with the customer service. One female staff member (short hair, glasses) spoke to customers in a rude and dismissive tone. She appeared unwilling to assist applicants and turned people away with inconsistent explanations. Several people in line were treated disrespectfully. Government offices should maintain professionalism and treat the public with courtesy. This behavior reflects poorly on the facility. I strongly encourage management to review staff conduct and provide proper customer service training.

The one person who is usually tending to customers tries, but the keyword is „one“. This office seems to be very understaffed, at least as far as front of house goes. If you have labeled mail to drop off and need a receipt you‘re still spending a lot of time waiting in line. It‘s not apparent why a clerk would ask people whether they are „just dropping off“, accept the package from them, but not be able to print a receipt. Maybe that could be addressed.

0 stars if I could. We haven’t received any mail in 10 days, even though the roads and sidewalks have been clear for 6 days after the storm. Items have been sitting at this post office the entire time. Trying to call is impossible, as the phones always go to a message saying it’s “after hours,” even during normal business hours. USPS email service requests are being closed before any resolution. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.
