One female staff member (short hair, glasses) spoke to customers in a rude and dismissive tone. She appeared unwilling to assist applicants and turned people away with inconsistent explanations. Several people in line were treated disrespectfully. Government offices should maintain professionalism and treat the public with courtesy. This behavior reflects poorly on the facility. I strongly encourage management to review staff conduct and provide proper customer service training.

This office seems to be very understaffed, at least as far as front of house goes. If you have labeled mail to drop off and need a receipt you‘re still spending a lot of time waiting in line. It‘s not apparent why a clerk would ask people whether they are „just dropping off“, accept the package from them, but not be able to print a receipt. Maybe that could be addressed.

Items have been sitting at this post office the entire time. Trying to call is impossible, as the phones always go to a message saying it’s “after hours,” even during normal business hours. USPS email service requests are being closed before any resolution. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable service.
