- PHP HDec 4, 20251.0“ We are a franchise we can make up our own prices” employee when I asked why I would pay for boxes I don’t pay for it at other UPS locations… Go to another UPS one that won’t charge you for things UPS gives out free at other locations like boxes! I drop stuff all the time for work and I tried to choose a location closer to where I was meeting friends for dinner to make it easy. Ended up costing me Nine bucks. I never get charged for boxes. When I asked why she said because we’re Franchise, we can make up our own Prices!

And it still hasn't been delivered as of Dec. 14 @ 10:49 pm, I paid 103.96 to have it overnighted special delivered. I have never had such unprofessional delivery service. I called twice to check on the delivery. I was told once it would be delivered no later than 3:30 PM then the next time no later than 7 PM. Which was of no use since it needed to be delivered to the individual before banking hours. Which I explained to Braushawn(sp) not sure how to spell her name. She said you can get a refund of your shipping cost. I told her the cost of shipping in no way repaid the cost the poor service of delayed delivery had cost me. This was just plan laziness and disregard for following UPS shipping rules. I even ask her to contact the driver and she said she didn't know which driver had the package and this is an untruth.
