    Please ensure employees are properly trained. I came in earlier this morning to complete a simple pre-paid shipping label for a package from Canada. I had already tried to do this online, but the website was not working. Both customer service and Google indicated that this service could be done in-store. When I arrived, the staff member told me they could not provide that service and even said customer service and Google were wrong. This was frustrating and a waste of time. Please make sure employees are trained correctly so customers receive accurate information.

    Best customer service I’ve received at a FedEx location! Grayson was specifically super helpful and attentive. He helped me scan large format blueprints quickly and instead of just pointing me in the direction of the scanner he took the time to scan the pages himself and make sure the files got over to me.
