Told me I dropped off before the cut off time which was in correct, also said my package would be delivered 2 days later which I expected and now it turns to 5 days and 15 calls to customer service it now “may” arrive on the 3rd day. But the kicker is that the agent that messed up my shipment blaimed me and did not accept the responsibility of saying she messed up and gave me the wrong info. Store manager was very helpful, but everyone in that location is supposedly “in training” which is annoying.
