    I wanna share for anyone who is planning on going to apply for passport, the website states that they take walk ins on Saturdays 9 am-12. I planned my whole day around this, took the time to get all required documentation when I showed up they said they dont take applications on Saturdays. Hope they update website soon and hope this helps anyone planning to go on Saturday for passport services.

    somehow, I am locked out of my mailbox thanks to the post office! Apparently they came to change a lock and it just so happened to be mine… Now I have no access to my mailbox or my mail and it turns out that apparently my mailbox was given away to my neighbor without me even knowing at all… I don’t really understand how this is possible or why it would happen, but I guess that’s just the reality of being a resident of Rio Grande Valley… Basura.

    Dont bother calling. It doesnt make sense why they have a phone number when they dont answer. Ive called 10 times when they opened and no one has picked up at all

    I visited the USPS location today and had a really disappointing experience. The employee who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked up to the counter, barely spoke to me during the interaction, and seemed more interested in talking and laughing with her coworker than helping me. On top of that, I was charged $4 for a small piece of tape I understand that may be USPS policy, but there’s no excuse for being dismissive or disrespectful to customers. She didn’t ask if I needed help with anything else, didn’t say thank you, and overall made me feel like I was a bother for even being there. I’ve always trusted USPS for my shipping needs, but this experience really left a bad impression. I hope management addresses customer service training at this location so that future customers are treated with more respect.
