My parcel is supposed to be delivered to San Juan usps about a week and a half ago. For some reason, this post office keeps sending the parcel elsewhere. First, back to new jersey where it came from and now to mission.. why? Why are you not sending the parcels where they need to go? Who is loading the vehicles and making these careless mistakes?

I had a very disappointing experience at the caller service window this morning between 7:50am and 7:58am. The incident began because the drop bin was stuck due to being full, and several people were waiting to drop off their packages. Normally, I ring the buzzer to inform the USPS staff member and they clear the blockage so everyone can continue. That’s exactly what I did this time. The employee working the window, who later said his name was Anthony, was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He did not have a name tag on. Instead of being helpful, his tone was rude, dismissive, and condescending from the start. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he told me the supervisor is not here till 9am. I then asked for his name, and he said “Anthony” and immediately slammed the caller service window in my face. Customer service should be about helping people, not treating them like an inconvenience. I expect basic professionalism when dealing with any business, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have to be treated this way.

As many have said, the customer service here is abysmal and they make up their rules as they go. We came to the passport office and Silvia tells us they do not take walk ins. After informing her that the USPS website states that they accept walk ins during the 930 to 11am time period, she changed her tune to we can do it after all the appointments. When we were the only people there needing passport services, she rejected us saying we would need to make an appointment if we were doing 4 people. Made up rule literally on the spot to avoid doing work. Also shows she lied about 3 times in our encounter. We then spoke to the supervisor, which just shows that they are running an operation against the public and are promoting a workplace environment of lying to shirk performing publicly advertised services. First, the supervisor says we could be seen. When we explained that she made up a fake rule on the spot to avoid helping us, she then switched to "well, we cant accept walk ins when there are other appointments" (we waited until everyone there for passport services had left). Second, she states that they don't actually accept walk ins, and they don't follow what they publicly advertise as a service. Her tune changed also 3 times all to avoid just doing the work they advertise to do.
