  My package was dropped off at this location. Yet it has no movement since January 20. Contacted them to see where the package is, and they are giving me the run around to contact UPS 1-800. UPS 1-800 is telling me to contact the drop off location, thus an infinite loop without any resolution.

  5 star service from Chris at UPS, he went above and beyond for me after I lost my tracking number and was able to find it for me based on the date I dropped off the package.

  I went to get something notarized while they were open and got turned away, no where does it say notary ends at a certain time. How was i supposed to know
