I was shocked to find out that they don't even provide tape for your boxes. I paid for shipping, which should include basic assistance. Instead, I was rudely yelled at and told my package must be taped before it could be shipped. The attitude and lack of service were unacceptable. I won't be returning to this location.

My mother has a camera outside her home. The package was not delivered and carrier is claiming no mistake. When I sent my mother to go speak to the agents there, they argued with her that it had been delivered. Has anyone had experience like this? Is theft something I need to have her report to the local police station??? Help. Not a very merry experience
