I am extremely disappointed with the service from my postal carrier, Shelli, and the overall handling of my delivery. For multiple days in a row, she has marked my packages as “missed delivery — signature required” without ever knocking on my door, even though I was home and my dogs were inside. After calling the post office and scheduling redelivery, the same thing happened again — no knock, no attempt, just another missed delivery slip. On the third day, I was actually outside and saw her delivering a package to my in-laws. I waved her down, expecting her to stop and speak with me. Instead, she rolled up her window and drove right past me without acknowledging me at all. She then stopped to talk to my in-law, telling them I needed to “sign the back of the slip” and she’d deliver on Friday — all while ignoring me standing right there. To make things worse, I called the post office and another employee told me I could come pick up my package immediately. I drove there, only to find the office completely closed for their 11–12 break. No one mentioned the break on the phone, causing another wasted trip and even more frustration. This level of disregard and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I have been home and available every day, making it easy for a signature to be obtained. Instead, I’ve dealt with repeated failed deliveries, misinformation, wasted time, and being blatantly ignored by the carrier. I am requesting that this issue be addressed immediately and that my future deliveries receive the basic courtesy, communication, and effort expected from USPS service.

Best Post office around. Very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Top notch!

Lots of effort to send a package to a service member via an APO address. I visited a small community office and they went out of their way to help me get my package ready to go and processed correctly.
