They are never open when most people need to go there. Their employees are clearly overwhelmed with work. The Lady that works their is very friendly, but they should get her some help. I've seen how busy she is. I track packages and they show to be delivered, but are never available to be picked up on time, and sometimes even sent back or lost. The UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS A JOKE. Just like everything else run by the government it is a complete failure. The USPS needs to be shut down and all their infrastructure sold to another private shipping company like UPS OR FED EX.
