- KMKat MJun 12, 20251.0You're lucky you got this one single star...my mail gets delivered to the totally wrong address and my packages get left on the ground and my last package that was missing for a month got thrown between 2 buildings across the street...the neighbor brought it to me and told me where he found it. I have complained and no one contacts me.

You have one job of placing mail into a correct mailbox but I guess it doesn’t matter to the person putting mail into a box since the mail is not yours.
- KBKelly BennettJul 13, 20231.0Not that this review will matter because the post office is a government entity, but the postman/woman servicing Harvest Hills desperately needs some retraining. This isn't the first incident we've had but this is a huge one. How are you just going to ring someone's doorbell for a signature required piece of mail and just immediately turn around to leave not giving the homeowner a chance to even answer the door?!? People are waiting on important pieces of mail and the postal worker could literally care less!! 🙄 I hope someone reads this review and the issue is handled but I won't hold my breath.

She’s gotten my box jammed twice in a row because of her cramming my packages. Now I have to wait until Monday to go speak to the office to try and get my mail....
- AHashley HendersonDec 15, 20191.0I waited outside all day because I'm tracking my package from Amazon that's too be delivered by this post office I watched the mailman come up to the mailbox put something in the mailbox and drive off the package I'm waiting for is supposed to be delivered to my porch I go out there there is a package but not that package I then a couple hours later get a notification from Amazon saying that he tried to deliver the package when I watch with my own eyes him never try to park his vehicle get out and deliver that package I've been waiting for the very expensive package and this isn't the first time this guy has done this to us he has refused to drop off certified important mail because he refuses to get out of his vehicle to do his job correctly being a taxpayer this is very frustrating thing is I pay his wage to deliver my mail the way it's supposed to be I will be contacting the postmaster tomorrow
