- CScameron smithMar 25, 20262.0Every single time I go to drop a package off and the lady is running the front its an issue. If the gentlemen is there I never have an issue. I am always told by the lady no I cant take your package like that and I come back a couple hours later with the gentlemen working he doesnt even ask anything like her just takes the package and says have a nice day. Today when I questioned her about why the gentlemen working never has issues instead of explaining she just tells me to find another ups store. Instead of explaining she just asks you to leave.

I'm handicapped, lost my house because of the flood, and lost my husband, and she just made me feel even worse. I'll go to another town before I ever come back there! Oh and they wouldn't give me the owners name or phone number.

I gave her the information she checked her computer said it wasn't here yet even though tracking already confirmed it was delivered hours ago. Then she preceded to skold me saying I don't have a box there and shouldn't have had it delivered to their store and I was gonna be charged for receiving the package there. I already paid a service change to address from ups and they are gonna charge me just for picking up the package there. 10/10 on not using this location for any futee packages and I hope ups sees this and and quits working with them
