- MRMary Rodriguez6 days ago1.0I came to this post office to send my daughter’s passport paperwork to the passport processing agency. My court order states I’m the sole managing conservator. State law says I can get her passport without her father. The man working at the time, refused to collect my paperwork although I had explained to him and had all the documentation. He obviously was abusing his power. I went to the Municipal court to submit my daughter documents, we received my daughter’s passport today. The gentlemen at this office should receive disciplinary action for abusing his power and needs better training.

I explained I am the sole managing conservator and therefore allowed to get my daughter’s passport. He said no and wouldn’t help me. I spoke to the passport office today and they advised the postal workers have no right to reject us, they should take the paperwork and let the actual passport agency decide. Do not waste your time with these inept workers at this location.
