- BBBlessApr 22, 20263.0Good Afternoon! My experience with Staples would have been 5 stars. The associate at the time did not provide good service. She would barely talk to me, she did not show the different options and/ or go over prices. At the time she was the only one working in that area. She did not acknowledge potential customer when they walked up. She looked very angry and unkept. Not one time did she smile or appreciate any of us for choosing Staples for our office needs etc…. The print outcome I’ll give 10 stars. Very happy

She said it would take an hour because they were behind and I told her I can pick it up in two hours if it’s going to be a wait. she still came up with an excuse to why she couldn’t have one page printed.

Dishonest. He also stated that he was the Store manager when I asked for one, turned out he was only an assistant. Lost all desire to shop at this location. Very disappointed.
