I scheduled an appt on their website to open a business mailbox and she handled everything professionally, was extremely courteous , and explained everything in detail. I was also pleased that they offered a military discount, waived my initial set-up fee (because I transferred from their other store on Broad), and allowed me to use the 3 month coupon on a 12 month rental. I also found out that the other 2 UPS stores I frequent are owned by the same person that owns this one so I definitely know I am in good hands!
