  I came to UPS to have my packages delivered via UPS only to learn that the UPS gave my packages over to USPS to deliver? So I am confused as to why UPS charged me double to take my packages only to give them to USPS to deliver? And because you charged me $10 per package, I then went to USPS with more of the same packages, and USPS only charged $5 per package, that was half the price!? Why the double charge from UPS if they were not rendering the service? And the main reason why I chose to go to UPS was because of the multiple delivery issues I have had with our local USPS location. They had actual thieves working at the Mansfield site. But I will never use UPS again, so I have to hope & pray that our local mailing site comes through. This is such a scam. ~Very disappointed customer!

  If I could give this store 0 stars, I would. I called asking if they had a UPS 2nd day air MEDIUM box per the instructions from the company I’m shipping something back to. One of their associates assured me that they did have this box and I said I just want to make sure that it is a second day air UPS box because I am driving all the way from Burleson to get this. They assured me that it was. I drove 40 minutes over here, and they were so entirely cavalier about the fact that they do not have this box that I could only purchase a regular brown box from them. Ma’am, be so for real, why would anyone in their right mind drive 40 minutes to purchase a run-of-the-mill cardboard box from you? That makes absolutely no damn sense! Then she was laughing like she thought it was funny… Absolutely horrible customer service would never ever recommend this location to anyone.

  Ash, Olyvia and Myles were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about packing. They were all welcoming and respectful to not only myself but the other customers. I know that anytime I come into this location the staff will not only treat me well but understand my needs. Nothing but great things to say about this location. Thank you to the entire staff for your service. Special thank you to Ash, Myles and Olyvia once again for the phenomenal work.

  The owner was a DISGUSTING, DISTURBING, and VERY RUDE & so are the employees. They take $20 from your account of the self service computer, make up their own prices! Play pretend like they can’t see your emails coming through so they won’t print your papers. I DONT EVER RECOMMEND COMING HERE! They called the police on me cause i wanted my money back and my papers and sat there made fun of my age and how i look. This the worst customer service you’ll ever see. Ash, the white lady is very LOUD AND PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE WITH RUDE GESTERS. ANOTHER YOUNG LADY WITH BLONDE BRAIDS AND BUCK TEETH HAS A DISGUSTING ATTITUDE! Any of these people shouldn’t have a job in customer service, definitely not at an ups store. IF I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO I WOULD!
