She was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and unhelpful, failing to provide the information I needed to make an informed decision. While I understand that not everyone enjoys their job, customers have a right to expect basic courtesy and respectful service when they walk into a place of business. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. To make matters worse, when I raised my concerns, the assistant manager responded with excuses rather than accountability. While I recognize the importance of supporting staff, it’s equally important to acknowledge customer feedback—especially when it involves poor treatment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning and will be taking my business elsewhere.
