The lasted issue is… We had a dog crate shipped here & they lost it. We went to get it when they said they found it and were told they still couldn’t find it & then they had the audacity to email us & say if we didn’t come pick the package up they were going to charge us $1 per pound, per day until we came & got it. Do not use the iPostal 1 service here, all they do is lose stuff & waste your time.

It wasn’t an Amazon return but I didn’t see a happy return sign. If she had just let me finish my question I wouldn’t have wasted time waiting in line at the Amazon counter before being sent to the right place. It was a small thing, but kind of frustrating. The people at both counters I went to were really nice though and the return was easy. I wish there had been better signage and/or staff knowing there are multiple types of returns.
