We use their iPostal one service & this Staples always loses our mail, every single time there is something missing. The lasted issue is… We had a dog crate shipped here & they lost it. We went to get it when they said they found it and were told they still couldn’t find it & then they had the audacity to email us & say if we didn’t come pick the package up they were going to charge us $1 per pound, per day until we came & got it. Do not use the iPostal 1 service here, all they do is lose stuff & waste your time.

I walked in with a HappyReturn and tried to ask a staff member where to take it, but I was cut off and just told to follow the signs on the floor and they pointed to the Amazon return counter. It wasn’t an Amazon return but I didn’t see a happy return sign. If she had just let me finish my question I wouldn’t have wasted time waiting in line at the Amazon counter before being sent to the right place. It was a small thing, but kind of frustrating. The people at both counters I went to were really nice though and the return was easy. I wish there had been better signage and/or staff knowing there are multiple types of returns.

Anywhere is better. Shop online if needed or next door at Target. No customer service, no desire to help the customer.

Even though my product came out good. the customer service in the print area is HORRIBLE.. I normally go to the location in Fort Worth they are always so helpful and friendly. This location not so much. Not helpful and surely not friendly via phone or in person.

The majority of the employees we have interacted with show an obvious dislike of the job. To the point they are rude. Tonight my Amazon return experience was seriously subpar. They now make you go to Customer Service to complete your Amazon return. One employee who was also running the register. We had been waiting for about 5 minutes for him to complete a return for a customer who was standing at the register. There was 1 person in line in front of us at the Customer Service counter. Another customer walks up to check out. The cashier proceeds to completely bypass the 2 of us that have been waiting at Customer Service amd helps the customer who JUST walked up. When we finally got to our turn I let the cashier know that they should pay attention to who was in line first. His response? Tell the manager. Seriously?! Then he doesn't even hand us our receipt at the customer service counter. He has us walk around to the cashier counter. I guess they don't want you to buy anything in the store after making a return. Save your self the aggravation and go someplace else.
