I had one of the most disorganized and frustrating experiences with this FedEx location. I shipped a simple document envelope with clear instructions not to require a signature — just leave it at the doorstep. Instead, FedEx placed a door tag and caused an unnecessary delay that impacted our timeline and created potential downstream issues for our business. After speaking with FedEx customer service over the weekend, we were given a reference number and told the envelope would be held at the facility for pickup on Monday. That commitment was worthless. When the recipient arrived Monday morning, the team claimed the package had already gone out with the driver. This directly contradicted both our original shipping instructions and the assurances we received over the weekend. To make matters worse, when I went back to the shipping location, the manager confirmed there was no signature requirement and no special account setup on our end. During a three-way call, the FedEx phone representative stated that this location’s system creates “dummy accounts” when charges are run by credit card — causing confusion, blocking the shipper from managing their own shipment, and blindsiding the store manager who had no idea this was even happening. Between the shipping facility and the recipient’s facility, the level of miscommunication and lack of ownership is unbelievable. Both sides were completely out of sync and unable to explain where the package actually was. The only bright spot was Kelsea, the customer service representative, who confirmed that the recipient location’s supervisor would hold the envelope at 7 p.m. once the truck returned. But this is the second time FedEx has promised to hold the package, and the first promise was not kept — so confidence is low

5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today was the best experience I’ve ever had at FedEx! I originally came in to get one item printed, but ended up leaving with three different items because the service and pricing were just that good. From the moment I walked in, every single person greeted me with a warm "hello" — it made me feel genuinely welcomed. Maria helped me directly, and she was amazing. So patient, knowledgeable, and kind.

FEDEX is the worst! paid for 1 day mail, THEN took 3 days. Trying to get a refund you might as well called a call center in a foreign country which that is will you get that will tell you you need to wait another 7 days for an invoice to get a refund, more runaround. FEDEX will cost your more money in runarounds then the cost of sending the package itself. You will get the runaround from the store to FEDEX. But they either will be destroying your packages and do not pay on claims or they can't deliver on time of what you pay for. Best recommendation do not use FEDEX, use UPS or USPS. Worst service in town, but they will take your money at the location but when when you go back to the location they tell you it is FEDEX we just mail the packages and take your money. Best not to do business with a business that wont help you when you tried to help them in using there business. So the store they are just bodies that FEDEX uses to take your cash and they cannot even give you refunds or adjustments which is outright substandard poor service.
