Without a doubt the best printing experience I've had. Highly recommend using this location for your printing needs. After going to two of your major competitors for my company handbooks it was this location that said they could get it done in time. Maria and Anthony were both terrific in their service, giving me pricing options and explaining what could be done. The team was able to bind and print over 80 handbooks without hassle allowing me to have everything needed for my team. The service and pricing were top tier, I'm so glad my husband reminded me to check with this location.

I am new to this area, so this was my first time visiting this location. I called and spoke with Kendra to see if they provided a certain service. She was very courteous, customer focused and friendly over the phone while answering all of my questions. I then made a visit and was greeted cheerfully by Kendra and Anthony! There wasn’t a wait at all. Anthony took very good care of me in a very timely manner. He was very customer focused, patient, very good listener and very kind. What an amazing experience from the beginning to the end. I will definitely visit this location again; and for sure will tell family and friends about this location also.😊

I had one of the most disorganized and frustrating experiences with this FedEx location. I shipped a simple document envelope with clear instructions not to require a signature — just leave it at the doorstep. Instead, FedEx placed a door tag and caused an unnecessary delay that impacted our timeline and created potential downstream issues for our business.
After speaking with FedEx customer service over the weekend, we were given a reference number and told the envelope would be held at the facility for pickup on Monday. That commitment was worthless. When the recipient arrived Monday morning, the team claimed the package had already gone out with the driver. This directly contradicted both our original shipping instructions and the assurances we received over the weekend.
To make matters worse, when I went back to the shipping location, the manager confirmed there was no signature requirement and no special account setup on our end. During a three-way call, the FedEx phone representative stated that this location’s system creates “dummy accounts” when charges are run by credit card — causing confusion, blocking the shipper from managing their own shipment, and blindsiding the store manager who had no idea this was even happening.
Between the shipping facility and the recipient’s facility, the level of miscommunication and lack of ownership is unbelievable. Both sides were completely out of sync and unable to explain where the package actually was.
The only bright spot was Kelsea, the customer service representative, who confirmed that the recipient location’s supervisor would hold the envelope at 7 p.m. once the truck returned. But this is the second time FedEx has promised to hold the package, and the first promise was not kept — so confidence is low
