Does not answer phone calls, staff gossip about their co-workers while assisting patrons, and are quick to answer questions before hearing the full question. Unprofessional all around.

After seeing all these reviews I am appalled that nothing is being done to fix this years long issue of people not doing their freaking job. This is not the first time I’ve had my mail misplaced in others mailboxes. On the 11th I had a package I was anticipating for weeks and somehow it’s not in the mailbox where it was supposed to be. I’ve had instances where I had to deliver neighbors mail myself because there was so many in my mailbox mind you they were for different houses. This is ridiculous! Why is it so hard for people to freaking read the address on the Mail piece and put it in the right mailbox.

I've had the unfortunate experience of relying on this post office for the past 15 years. The business hours are inconvenient for most working people, some delivery drivers consistently deliver mail to me and other neighbors with the same/similar street number when the street name is completely different, and they say the came to deliver mail when our home cameras clearly show nobody came to attempt delivery. And good luck trying to speak with someone over the phone. With 15 years of pretty consistent results, it's difficult to find a legitimate reason for why it's so bad. "Close enough for government work" I guess.

No calls bk. No live agent. Been trying to get someone on phone and I get disconnected. Why is there no live agent to chat or talk to. Ridiculous!!!!
