The worst postal service I have ever experienced. Probably the worst customer service I ever experienced. The absolute worst in customer service and constantly losing pkgs. they don’t answer their phone. Once they realize they screwed up. They ignore and become extremely rude. #MichaelJohnson post master is very poor at his job. These employees hate their jobs. And it shows. If you do not have to use this post office don’t. They are overpriced and 3/4 of them don’t know what they are doing. And the ones that do are so swamped they are in terrible moods. If I had a choice. I definitely would not use this post office. #MeaganRoe and #Jasmin are rude and lost 900 worth of meds I cannot replace…. Heart and diabetic supplies and other meds. #TerriblePostoffice and I know many in Manor that have experienced similar situations. I’m Zenas and I do not recommend #Manorpostoffice or the #extremelyrudestaff

Tracy was the nicest lady working the counter! She is very knowledgeable, and is truly so kind. She was by herself handling a line that was out the door. Treating every customer with kindness and respect!

Post office staff are always so helpful, welcoming, and explained very clearly the next steps to get a PO box sorted out either for use or to close it which was what I was there for since I hardly used it. Excellent service and staff!

Is there really no option to talk to a human being? Absolute nightmare trying to address any basic support need. I have a simple situation, USPS delivered a package to apartment complex, placed in package locker without properly scanning it in. I just need to know which locker number they placed the package to allow my apartment complex to open the locker for me. Slowest phone triage software with unhelpful options. No redirect to a live agent. I hope the govt. stops funding this ridiculously inefficient agency and lets the private sector take over. I've never had any issues with FedEx or UPS doing the exact same thing.

Waited over an hour to speak to someone on the phone only for them to listen to my issue, decide they didnt know the answer and it was to much work, and forward me to a survey as if they even attempted to do their job.
