Nice people 👍 but the man that took my info for a new p.o box did not turn my info in to the post master so my mail never got forwarded to my p.o box 😑. They dropped the ball pretty bad. - MMMaraJul 2, 20221.0Ron at the Manchaca post office location is a rude employee. He was very unprofessional today. My barcode wouldn’t scan so he tells me “your package doesn’t scan ma’am, i will go ahead and do the extra work and type it in manually but don’t come over here blaming me if you’re package doesn’t arrive”. Why are we the public, who pay for these services, having to deal with ridiculous people like this? Why is this acceptable? He shouldn’t work in the customer service industry with this attitude. It’s ridiculous! He acted as if i put him out because he took 3 more seconds of his day, to do his job, that he gets paid to do, to type in the tracking number manually. I understand what he was trying to say, he just chose to go about it in an unprofessional, unprovoked manner. Find another job, not dealing with customers Ron, this is not a match for you!
