    am writing to formally report an incident that occurred during my recent visit to a UPS location where I regularly drop off packages. I visit this location often and have never experienced an issue until this particular visit. When I arrived to drop off several packages, the employee assisting me already appeared to have a visible attitude. As she began scanning my packages, her system repeatedly displayed an error message that required her to rescan items and press additional buttons before continuing. While dealing with the issue, she was smacking her lips and rolling her eyes, which came across as very unprofessional. After scanning most of my packages, she informed me that one of the items needed to be placed in a customer package and that they would not accept it in the packaging it was currently in. I explained that this was the same packaging the item had originally been mailed to me in. I also mentioned that in the past when I have brought in similar packages, employees at this location have simply placed them in a clear bag and processed the return without any issue. At that point, the manager came over and proceeded to explain the same policy to me. I made it clear that I understood what she was saying and accepted it for what it was. Since I was on my lunch break and did not have time to go back and forth about the issue, I told them I would simply take the one package with the problem back and return at another time. However, after already scanning all of my other packages except for the last one, the employee decided to cancel the entire transaction. She then told me that they would not be taking any of my packages at all. I was also told that they have the right to accept or refuse service. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering it was pouring rain outside and what is normally a quick drop-off during my lunch break had already taken much longer than usual. I came in simply to drop off packages, as I have done many times before without issue. As a customer who regularly uses UPS services, I found the interaction and the way the situation was handled to be very unprofessional. I was fully willing to comply with the policy regarding the one package, yet the entire transaction was canceled and my other packages were refused for no clear reason. I hope this situation can be reviewed so that future customers are treated with more professionalism and courtesy. Names of the employees were Audrey and Destiny.

    Very limited hours hours really need to be extended on Saturdays and Sundays. This is the only shipping option in this town.
