Called to get direction on getting mail box keys after just moving to a new place and the lady I spoke with was so nice and helpful. She accommodated me immediately by offering the carrier to drop them to me rather than having me go to the post office. The keys were delivered same day AND she remembered to call the next day to follow up and make sure so got them :) Thank you!!!

I'll be spending my day tomorrow making calls to complain and get something done! Worst post office ever! After jumping through their hoops my claim for my lost package was denied even when I received a letter saying it was misdelivered. This office needs investigated because the amount of lost packages is suspicious. I wouldn't be surprised if they were helping themselves to the ones that just disappear.

They just drive on, can’t be bothered to deal with it. Especially for time sensitive deliveries. It’s infuriating.
