  We use this location to receive packages for our business so I am in there quite often. Brian and his coworkers amaze me with their willingness to go the extra mile for their patrons. Countless times I have witnessed people showing up to return an item to Amazon or some other vendor, with no documentation, maybe in an unsealed box (or no box) and berate them like they are trying to be difficult because they can't hand them the item and walk away as if the rest was their responsibility. I know common sense isn't too common any more and judging by some of the comments here, and what I see in that store, kindness and patience seems to be fading as well. If that line isn't moving quickly, listen to what's going on... it's seldom the folks working there that is the issue.

  The man with the lazy eye (sorry, don't know how else to describe him) is one of the rudest customer service workers I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Every time I go to this store I dread that he will be there. The only reason anyone uses UPS is for better quality service than USPS, but with this guy working here, there's no point in paying more expensive prices.

  Store has a grown man ( buzz cut) who really feels self important who constantly tells customers their box isn’t good enough to ship in order to try and force a sale. If a mainstays box was good enough to receive a product via UPs and the box is still 100% the same, it’s good enough to ship for a prepaid return. This store always hassles people. Just a terrible business.

  I cannot say enough great things about this UPS store location. They are friendly and extremely helpful. Brian is a gem.
