These include important documents such as new hire paperwork, my daughters medical forms from her pediatrician, tax information, etc. I’ve went into the office in Mabank, Tx numerous times regarding this issue. My address isn’t listed on the mail forwarding as it is a new address. I’ve told them numerous times we have a cluster box. We moved in January 15th as of almost two months later we have yet to receive any of the documentation we need. I went in there for nearly a month before a work order was created instead of doing it the first time. Instead I was given mailbox keys (which I still have), and told that a carrier would be out within two days to switch out the keys and we would have access to our mailbox. We also filled out a change of address form. I spoke with Robert 2 weeks ago who stated he would list my address on the web and it would be available by that Friday, it still is not. I was informed that the work order would be completed- it still is not. I was told they would hold my mail, yet every piece of mail businesses, our landlord, medical referral information/pre-op forms, and our employers have sent have not been received. Went in there in person to see if there was an update and spoke to Robert this time in person- nothing. They made us fill out yet ANOTHER change of address form. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing as this is an ongoing issue and has yet to be resolved.
- VEVirginia EdmondsMay 22, 20211.0Handed the mail lady, outgoing mail, she placed it in her hand with mail going into apartment mailboxes, I'm afraid my nieces card won't make it to her. It should be placed with other outgoing mail. I have had poor service, since I have moved here. My mail or monthly statements have been placed in some of my neighbors mailboxes and opened up. This should not be happening.
