- DDdesiree davilaJan 14, 20261.0Elderly lady with the braided hair has the worst attitude. I've had a PO box in Lytle for nearly 40 years and this lady gave me the worst attitude telling me that mail that is supposed to be delivered to my house doesn't get held at the post office, when it has in the past, especially depending on the deliverer. She even made it a point to call her friend in front of me to give me more attitude just to try to prove a point. Worse attitude. Worse customer service needs to be rechained or probably retire. Fire her would be my recommendation.

Mail came on Saturday, so on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I tried to call, multiple times throughout the day...NO ONE answered. Friday a package was delivered to my mailbox! Called, no answer. Called the 1800 postal number and complained to them. They could see that a hold was put on, but thd Mail was still coming. So angry with them.
