Mail came on Saturday, so on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday I tried to call, multiple times throughout the day...NO ONE answered. Friday a package was delivered to my mailbox! Called, no answer. Called the 1800 postal number and complained to them. They could see that a hold was put on, but thd Mail was still coming. So angry with them.

I didn't bring copies (since I didn't know they were now asking for copies). I've renewed my four children's passports three times, and she didn't know anything about copies. So, she rudely told me, "We need copies and I can make another appointment." My husband said, "We can go and come back in five minutes." She said, "No, they have to make another appointment." They should have more empathetic workers.
