Worst post office ever I have been here for a very long time and the last few years it has could become really horrible it's funny that everybody in my family can get a package delivered to my house with no issues arrives on time but every single time I order a package it's late it's delayed it's shipped to Silsbee it's shipped to Houston when it's been out for delivery all day long the incompetent of the people at this post office is horrific you talk to them and they smile and lie to your face I'm exposing you and I will keep exposing you everywhere I can

Horrible!
Horrible everything. If you’re going there for answers just turn around unless the guy is working. The lady that works the counter is never able to help unless you just want to buy a stamp.

I haven't had any problem with this location yet. I usually swing by here to drop off packages to ship out. My only issue, which is with every location, is the time they open and close. I work for a living, and all the post offices are never open to ship packages when i get off work. Other than that, they are very nice and easy to work with when i do get the chance to ship my items with them.

I am so sick of the post office not caring about their people. So many times I have had to yank and cut my fingers trying to open the stupid parcel lockers at my apartment because the driver can't be bothered to actually walk up and leave the box on my doorstep like the delivery instructions say. It's ridiculous that no one cares about their work at these places.
