- BWBrandon WeeksDec 20, 20251.0Zero stars. Avoid this post office if you can. Arrived at 11:14 am with only one employee working the counter and a long line already waiting. At 11:27 am, a second employee appeared, but staff then stated their internet system was down, which severely limited services. One employee was assigned to passports only, leaving a single person to handle the entire general service line. I was not helped until 11:45 am. Over 30 minutes wasted for basic service. Poor staffing, no backup plan for system outages, and an overall frustrating experience. Save yourself the time and go to a different location.

This office should shut down or get all new workers! Not one person here knows what they are doing. Incompetent to the max.

- WWWell well wellSep 3, 20251.0GROTESQUE LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE Once again, for the umpteenth time, filing a complaint against the mail carrier. ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS: Package was shoved in the mailbox to a point, I had to cut part of the box to remove it. This in turn damaged another package inside the box. Later that week, they left packages in the ran next to our garage door because apparently walking 37' to our porch was far too inefficient. Additionally, they run their internal services with the effectiveness of sloths from the movie Zootopia. The most absurdly unprofessional and lazy group of government employees outside of DC.
