  The man at the counter was very rude over a zappos return. They need to revisit customer service at this location. He apologized later but it was too late at that pt. I've not had this experience at my normal UPS store.

  The only employee there is very rude all the reviews are correct! I returned 2 items as soon as he scanned my code he was very rude informing me that I needed a box. I told him instructions did not say that it did. Very rudely and with like trying to diminish me tone says read the instructions so I do he again tells me to read them out loud which I do and did not say anything about a box. He is like well you need a box finally we agreed on a bag, which I purchased from there. If he doesn't have the right attitude to work in a customer service job he should just remove himself from it and hire someone else. Maybe he had a bad morning but I was not the person to take it out on. Please go somewhere else.

  This was the first time I've been to this particular UPS store. It's the closest one to us and we are one of the newer residents to the area. Great service, very easy. We got there around 9:30 am on a Saturday and it opens at 9 am. It started to get busy when we were leaving, but overall, it was a great experience. They boxed up our AT&T router and packaged it nicely, providing us with a receipt as well. They were fast and efficient.

  Horrendous customer service. There is not a single employee there that treats you decently. They're always angry whenever they have to deal with someone. Go to any other ups location.

  This is the second time I have been to this UPS store and the last. I have had issues both times. The first time I had a return package that the employee (not sure if he is a franchise owner, he’s the only person I’ve seen working there) opened and told me I was missing a cord, I told him that was not the case. I ended up driving home to double check that I wasn’t missing a cord even though I knew I wasn’t. I went back to the store and he informed me the vendor told him to ship it so I was good. Waste of time for me during my work day. Now I have tried to send a package back , followed all the instructions from the vendor, printed and taped the return label over the original, taped the box up etc. I wake up this morning and the package is on my front step. He removed the return label and sent it back to me. Never again will I go to this UPS store. Save yourself the headache.
