  I visited this location to return a document package, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The elderly staff member at the front desk was dismissive from the start; he completely ignored my greeting and refused to make eye contact. Instead of speaking, he simply gestured toward the scale. When the scanner had trouble reading the label, he displayed visible frustration and had the audacity to tell me to 'change my printer,' even though I wasn't the one who printed the shipping label. It was a simple return, yet it turned into an exhausting emotional ordeal due to his lack of basic professionalism. If this individual is the owner, I strongly advise others to seek service elsewhere. I certainly won't be coming back.

  The guy who stands in the front counter is very rude.Please visit other store for return or send any parcel. Not at all recommended

  Very friendly staff. I did not feel mistreated and they got the job done pretty well. Had a delightful conversation with the person in charge of my package.

  Place is garbage- poorly ran with horrible customer service. From the moment you step foot in this store you will understand how the staff make the environment horrible
