I should not have to get in my car and drive to the location in order to get the status of a package that was supposed to be there today. This is ridiculous. Holiday season or not, the store should be staffed with enough people to answer a simple phone call. UPS needs to do better, or I'll be using other carriers who care more about the customer experience and service.

- SSSam SanchezNov 13, 20251.0The only employee there is very rude all the reviews are correct! I returned 2 items as soon as he scanned my code he was very rude informing me that I needed a box. I told him instructions did not say that it did. Very rudely and with like trying to diminish me tone says read the instructions so I do he again tells me to read them out loud which I do and did not say anything about a box. He is like well you need a box finally we agreed on a bag, which I purchased from there. If he doesn't have the right attitude to work in a customer service job he should just remove himself from it and hire someone else. Maybe he had a bad morning but I was not the person to take it out on. Please go somewhere else.
