  Kelly Ann, an assistant manager, was patient and understanding when I told her my frustrations with attempting to provide positive feedback on a FedEx employee at the airport location. She promised to pass the information up the communication chain. When I called back to ask about a website, Tiffany was positive & pleasant & gave me another website suggestion. The FedEx employees I have spoken with are awesome. The FedEx automated system is a dismal Failure. I'd have better success climbing MT Everest than getting through the automated system. My recommendation - go in person & have polite, professional, and knowledgeable FedEx staff assist you with your shipping projects.

  I print here all of the time & recently had a complicated issue. Julianna is so awesome she was so polite & happy to help. She fixed the issue promptly & helped me get everything I needed done even though it was a a big order. Thank you Julianna, you’re the best!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out. The employees were engaging in lengthy conversations with customers, and it was clear some people in line simply wanted to drop off their packages and leave. While the staff’s enthusiasm was appreciated, there were eight people waiting and no visible sense of urgency to move the line along. Most customers are there for a quick transaction, not an extended discussion.
