  The Escrow Officers and management people at this Title Company are incompetent at doing their job. When they make blatant mistakes in distributing funds from the sale of property they do NOT even try to correct their mistake immediately. They delay the issue of refunding the money due to the correct party and say they will correct it in a few days. They don’t return phone calls promptly. Worst Title Company experience I’ve seen in 40 years and dozens of sale closings during that time. I would AVOID using this company for any kind of Title work.
