- AIAb iiir6 days ago1.0Worst service ever. My package is taking forever to be delivered to Canada. They do not scan the packages at every step, so you do not know where your package is. Plus, they hung up on me. I payed for priority delivery, but it's been 12 days and my package is still in the US.
- SZSidali Z-kNov 14, 20251.0Our package was collected by USPS 4 days ago, and since then no tracking updates have appeared. We called several times for assistance, but no one was able to help. Today, we called again and had a terrible experience with one of the agents. He was extremely disrespectful, rude, and arrogant. Instead of helping us, he repeatedly mentioned that he had been working at USPS for 24 years, yet provided no useful information about our missing tracking. He even hung up the call before the conversation was finished. We paid for a service that includes proper scanning and tracking, but we didn’t receive either. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and we are very disappointed.
- SSsagnik singhaSep 8, 20251.0As long as you don't interact with them it is fine. I had to mail Thank You notes to some Lubbock folks fortunately. I had taken time and asked one USPS staff regarding the To and From format's correctness. They smiled and approved. Additionally, I bought stamps and they showed me how to paste a stamp. Too my surprise, 50% of my letters were delivered to me! Went back and a new staff said that wouldn't have happened had I not "just dropped" them without speaking with them first. I smiled and recounted the first day's story. Now she realized their mistake and also that her accusation was unfounded so then said that even though I asked them, the staff must have not seen the To and From accurately. Upon saying that this wasn't my fault and who should take responsibility, she insultingly retorted: Don't you write letters? To this I simply said that I am not fully familiar since it is less common to write letters and most of my work is via emails usually and they should've have corrected me the first day. Complete lack of customer service, empathy, understanding and taking responsibility. On top of that I got told that they're federal employees and I cannot make observations of their lack of courtesy and common sense and that amounts of harrasment! This is where I took my leave.

I was left a notice to pick up my earrings on May 24th 2025 went down to pick up because I had to sign for them my dam packages was missing 😑 I was told by an employee that the guy on my route just up and walked out. My earrings cost $2700.00 plus tax. Nothing was done DO NOT SEND OR GET valuable things sent though USPS they have thevies working 🙄 for them use FedEx or UPS I will for sure.
