At first, they said there is no address or tracking number but when I checked on my USPS account thru my informed delivery, it clearly says the address and name. What an inconvenience! This is the 3rd time it happened to me. I hope we can change a station. I’m tired of them being unreliable!

I am so sick and tired of companies thinking a computer can do a job that is meant for a human being with a brain. It is absolutely horrible trying to get your issues solved through a computer that cannot differentiate, or understand what it is we are trying to communicate. You are lazy and cheap, and couldn’t care less about the individuals that you are here to serve. I seriously hope the US Postal Service goes out of business. You are absolutely useless anymore.
